Combining her experience as a Children's book Author and illustrator with the principles acquired through her Mastership in Reiki, AnnMarie has developed Chill Out Charlie® to help others.
Life can be challenging and busy, using the simplest of techniques we can find our way back to ourselves. We can let our true unique light shine out in the world in our own quiet way.
